Mondays
Private Function, Church closed – Every Monday evening, beginning at 6:30pm, a private group meet in our church building. To help maintain the confidentiality and anonymity of the people in these groups, we have agreed that no church meeting or other activity take place in the building at the same time. Thank you for your help and co-operation in this matter.

Tuesdays
Line Dancing in the Auditorium at 9:30am.

Tuesday Talk Add your voice to a weekly discussion group. We meet at 10:45am in the parlour and will wrap things up by noon. Can’t commit to every week? That’s okay. We will value your input when you are able to join us.

Thursdays
Senior Choir Practice at 7:30pm. New members most welcome. BEST SEATS IN THE HOUSE!

Quilters – 10am to 3:00pm every Thursday the Quilters gather in the parlour of our church to pool their talents to create beautiful quilts and to enjoy each other’s company. Anyone interested in joining them is more than welcome to do so.

SHUFFLE BOARD Shuffle board has returned to Clinton United on Thursdays at 1pm. New players most welcome to come out and have some fun.

Feb 7 (Sun)
Annual Congregational Meeting The meeting will take place in the Sanctuary following the lunch.
Lunch will be hosted by the UCW. Free-will offering to cover costs.
Annual Reports can be picked up at the desk outside the Secretary’s office. Please have it with you for the meeting! Also, the Property & Finance Enhancement Report. Notify office of change of address, phone# to update our directory.

WINGS POTLUCK at 12:30 followed with Games Day! All ladies WELCOME.

Pastoral Care meeting at 9:00am

Feb 24 (Wed)
Official Board meeting at 7pm in the parlour. Please bring your minutes to the meeting.

Feb 28 (Sun)
2010 Ladies Coin Race is ready to begin. The team captains are Henrietta Wise & Pat Shaddick / Audrey Kemp & Betty Lockhart.
Be sure to contact one of them to be included (or they may be calling you!). Look for team lists to be posted on the kitchen door.
The final date for contributions to be turned in will be Sunday, Feb. 28 at midnight!
* Note: We fully realize that there are many needy places for our donations to be given, but even a small contribution to this "Race" will be appreciated.
The funds will go towards UCW projects, and we can all enjoy an evening of Fun & Fellowship on March 17th.

CUBS Scouting Movement at 3:45pm to 5:45pm in the auditorium

Fridays
Crokinole and Bridge Party every Friday at the Betty Cardno Centre in Clinton. Enter through the front doors, start time 1:30pm, everyone welcome. Bring a loonie for tea/coffee (free refills). If you would like more information please call Grace at 482-9264.

Guides & Scouts will be worshipping with us here at Clinton United. On February 22, they celebrate ‘Thinking Day’, and also the birthday of both Founder Robert Baden-Powell, and the World Chief Guide Olave Baden-Powell. The 2010 theme for Thinking Day is "end extreme hunger and poverty". To help them do this locally they ask us to bring in a non-perishable food item to be donated to the local food banks.
