Bill 168 passed by the Ontario government amended the Occupational Health and Safety Act and requires every employer to have a policy with respect to workplace violence and harassment. The CUC Board passed our policy at their September meeting. A copy of the policy can be downloaded by clicking HERE, the bulletin board and table outside of Marilyn’s office.
